Our Cognitive Enrichment Program offers a range of activities that challenge and stimulate the mind. Whether you enjoy puzzles, reading, or engaging discussions, we have something for everyone.

Physical Dimension
- Functional Classes are given every hour of the day during the 5 days
- 9 am-10 am
- 10 am-11 am
- 11 am-12 pm
- 12 pm-1 pm
- 2 pm-3 pm
- 3 pm-4 pm
- Each day of the week will be focused on something in particular to help the elderly
- Monday: Upper Body Strength
- Tuesday: Conditioning and Carrying variations
- Wednesday: Mobility & Active Recovery
- Thursday: Lower Body Strength
- Friday: Trunk Stability & Balance
Spiritual Dimension
Priscila will be available on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
- 30 mins slots for each client – Total of 6 clients/day maybe more
- Morning of Reflection 1 day a month for 4 hrs
- Catholic Mass 1 day a month
- Bible Classes as organized by members
Emotional Dimension
- Counseling will be provided by appointments only throughout the day
- 45 mins slots for each client
Social Dimension
- Every day will be a different activity/game social hour
- Field Trip on the 3rd Wednesday of the month for those who want to participate
- Monthly Party last Friday of the month
