Who We Are
We are a faith based nonprofit
organization combating social isolation in older adults by providing them with programs to enrich their lives focusing
on their physical, cognitive, emotional, spiritual and social needs.
Our Story
Ana Paula Mendez is an AGPCNP who works in an internal medicine practice in Cypress, TX. Due to her patient encounters, she has witnessed the isolation and depression these seniors and their caregivers experience on a daily basis.
She went on a spiritual retreat in February 2023 and felt a calling from God to help seniors rediscover their passion and purpose in life. Since then, she has been developing the nonprofit organization with an amazing team supporting and guiding her every step of the way.
